Plank and core workouts are some of the most important exercises to perform to keep healthy and fit. They also do not require equipment and can be done anytime anywhere. So, you really shouldn’t have any excuse for not keeping up with your plank and core workouts. When I use to travel as a consultant I would always do my core workouts which consisted of planking in my hotel room quite often.
Planks not only workout your abs, they strengthen your shoulders, back, and legs as well. Planks are great for all types of athletes and anyone looking to stay fit and healthy.
