Medicine ball ab workouts are fun and effective. They are a great 5-15 minute workout that you can add to the beginning or end of your routine to warmup and or cool down. PTAs should instruct athletes and active clients on how to build hip and core strength and flexibility with medicine ball ab twists and ab exercises.

Have you tried tic tacs? Do you tell your therapy patients to do tic tacs? If so, tell us about it in the comments below! 🙂
